These Top Sirloins have very good flavor, and when cooked by the package instructions, turned out moist. Not however, the most tender cut. I still needed a good steak knife.

I ordered the omaha filet minon with bacon wrapped around...Lets just start there....Initially I was extremely happy to receive my order...well packaged and appeared to be promising. Red flags went up when I noticed that there were no preperation instructions. I am an excellent cook I figured it would be pretty easy once I went on to website as instructed...and spent several minutes looking for the instruction on how to cook filet minon. The thing is that yes its a steak but it does have a piece of RAW bacon wrapped around it. Once the meet was completely thawed I was horrified to find that though the meet was freeze packaged...LOL the initial pieces that were wrapped for shipment were that of the poorest quality. You know when your at the grocery store and there are several packages of the same cut of beef...but one is marked wayyyy down and then you notice the brown where the red should be....Well picture that in the form of 6 overpriced filet minons....Brown meet and smelled OLD...you know like old suspect beef....LOL the attempt at cooking following the wonderful instructions on the site was also laughable. Basically they were sooo bad that I cooked them and gave them to my dogs....BUT the funny thing is they preferred kibble....LMAO never again OMAHA...and FYI I did also order the crab claws in that same order...AND THEY WERE AMAZING. NO on the steaks...OH YEAH on the crab claws.....
